Until fall semester classes begin on Monday, do not be alarmed if your course listing is missing a class or two. Faculty members are busy constructing and customizing their classes and while changes are being made, it is protocol for faculty members to hide a class until changes are complete.
If your class does not appear in Moodle on Monday, first contact your faculty member to insure you are enrolled. If you are not on the official roll, see Student Services immediately. If you are on the official roll and your instructor has activated the class, but it is not listed in Moodle, contact Dr. Don Kelly at email@example.com.
CACC will not purge students from Fall 2014 semester classes due to nonpayment until Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Students who register for classes by August 14th and are confirmed by financial aid or have paid their tuition, may make changes to their schedule on campus on August 18th and 19th.
The TUITION DUE DATE has been extended for the Fall 2014 Semester to Tuesday, August 12, 2014!
Students currently registered must pay or be confirmed for payment in the Financial Aid Office by 4:00 p.m. on August 12, 2014 to avoid deletion of Fall Semester classes. If you previously requested financial aid assistance for the Fall Semester, you MUST check your MyCACC account to ensure your awards have been processed and ACCEPTED if in an offered status.

Central Alabama Community College will begin making student
identification (ID) cards for new students enrolling the Fall 2014 Semester during
the months of August and September. Students
should plan to have their ID made on the campus where they enrolled in courses
for the summer term. ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED AT THE COLLEGE ARE
REQUIRED TO HAVE A STUDENT ID and should have them made during the times shown the attached file.
Central Alabama Community
College is offering Student Success Workshops and Seminars to all students.
These seminars are designed to help students develop the personal skills
necessary to be successful in their course work. Moreover, these workshops are designed
to assist students in developing skills that will help them obtain their life
goals, as well as their educational and career goals. All CACC students are
invited to attend these free workshops. See the attached file for more information.
If appears that the initial Moodle problems have been resolved. You should now be able to login and see all of your classes for summer semester.
If you continue to experience problems with Moodle:
Password Problems? If you are not able to log on to Moodle, remember to use your CACC email address without the “@caccmail.cacc.edu” extension and that your password which is the same for MyCACC and Moodle. Moodle passwords are automatically set by the system to match MyCACC, so if you change your password in MyCACC, it will flow to Moodle soon. For additional help, see the CACC web site under Student Section.
Class not active? If you login to Moodle and can see your class, but it is inactive (displays in gray, not the blue active link color), then your instructor must activate the class for you to access it. Please contact your instructor.
Other Moodle problems? If you experience other Moodle problems, contact Dr. Don Kelly, Division Chair of Distance Learning at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We continue to experience problems with the transfer of data
from MyCACC to Moodle. If your classes are showing in MyCACC, you are properly
registered. If these classes do not appear in Moodle, it is due to a problem
the college is experiencing and not your fault. This transfer will happen soon
and it should resolve your problems with Moodle. All faculty are aware of this
problem and will be adjusting their requirements accordingly. We hope this will
be resolved today.
If you continue to experience problems with Moodle on Thursday
and later, contact:
