Update on Moodle problems
We continue to experience problems with the transfer of data from MyCACC to Moodle. If your classes are showing in MyCACC, you are properly registered. If these classes do not appear in Moodle, it is due to a problem the college is experiencing and not your fault. This transfer will happen soon and it should resolve your problems with Moodle. All faculty are aware of this problem and will be adjusting their requirements accordingly. We hope this will be resolved today.

Password Problems? If you are not able to log on to Moodle, remember to use your CACC email address without the “@caccmail.cacc.edu” extension and that your password which is the same for MyCACC and Moodle. Moodle passwords are automatically set by the system to match MyCACC, so if you change your password in MyCACC, it will flow to Moodle soon. For additional help, see the CACC web site under Student Section.
Class not active? If you login to Moodle and can see your class, but it is inactive (displays in gray, not the blue active link color), then your instructor must activate the class for you to access it. Please contact your instructor.
